That's a wonderful fractal, as I love! The gradient you use here is really pretty. This dark blue is really ideal for a background. The more we get closer to the main shape more this blue becomes lighter, this effect give a real deep to the fractal! The light violet make a good contrast with the deep and light blue.
Now the main shape. The spiral effect a really present but, they are not as usally in line or we don't find only one spiral. A lot's of different size, rotation, it's great ! Now i've got something that really bothers me. This black spot on the center of the deviation. You should try to had one more variation to fill this "black space", or indeed you should try to make it smaller. This "black space" is too large relative to the rest. Or maybe you should try to highlight a bit more the 'disappearing' rectangles on the central black spot.
To conclude you've made a great unique fractal. You should try to work (it's my personal opinion) on this central black spot which broke the deep and intensity of this fractal...
